Why Breakfast Matters
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day — it gives our bodies and brains the energy we need to start the day right. After a night’s sleep, our energy levels are low, and eating a healthy breakfast helps us concentrate, learn, and feel our best throughout the morning.
Students who eat breakfast are more likely to:
- Focus better in class and remember what they learn
- Have more energy for lessons, sports, and activities
- Feel happier and less tired during the school day
- Make healthier food choices later on
Our Breakfast Club
Our school’s Breakfast Club helps make sure every student has the chance to start the day with a good meal. It’s open to everyone — whether you need a quick bite before class, a place to catch up with friends, or just a calm start to the morning.
The breakfast club is open 8:25 - 8:55am Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday weekly during the school term.
